These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 5rr ("5rr", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 5rr.lol. These Terms apply to all services offered through the 5rr platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, crash games, bonuses, promotions, and account-related services.
Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must not use the 5rr platform.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- "Platform" means the 5rr website at 5rr.lol and all associated services, games, and features available thereon.
- "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual user on the Platform.
- "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless stated otherwise.
- "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded to a player as part of a promotion, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a player may withdraw funds from the Platform.
- "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it becomes withdrawable as cash.
- "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary measure by which a player permanently or temporarily restricts their own access to the Platform.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
- You agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
- All information you provide to 5rr is accurate, current, and complete.
Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.
3. Eligibility
To register and use the 5rr Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. The Platform is strictly for adults. Minors are prohibited from registering or using any service on 5rr.
- You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be currently subject to any self-exclusion arrangement with 5rr or any affiliated platform.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 5rr or any of its game or software providers.
5rr reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or permanent closure of your Account.
4. Account Registration
To access the full range of services on the Platform, you must register a personal Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:
- One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on 5rr. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 5rr reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
- Accurate information: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details during registration. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
- Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 5rr will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
- Notification of compromise: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 5rr immediately via the live chat support function available within your Account dashboard.
- Account currency: All Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 5rr does not support multi-currency accounts. Currency conversion is not offered on the Platform.
5. Identity Verification (KYC)
5rr is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant gaming environment. As part of this commitment, all players are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawals are approved. KYC may also be triggered at any point during a player's activity on the Platform at the discretion of 5rr's compliance team.
Acceptable documents for identity verification include, but are not limited to:
- National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
- Valid passport
- Driver's licence (with photograph)
- Utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months (for proof of address)
Documents must be clear, unaltered, and in full colour where possible. 5rr reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initially submitted documents are insufficient for verification purposes. Processing of KYC submissions is completed within three business days under normal circumstances. Players who refuse to complete KYC or who submit fraudulent documentation will have their Accounts permanently closed and their balances held pending investigation.
6. Deposits
The following terms apply to all deposits made on the 5rr Platform:
- Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
- Accepted payment methods: 5rr accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
- Deposit fees: 5rr does not charge any platform-side processing fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 5rr accepts no responsibility.
- Deposit limits: Players may set voluntary deposit limits on their Accounts via the Responsible Gaming tools available in the account settings panel. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
- Third-party deposits: Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. 5rr does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the Account holder will be reversed and the Account flagged for review.
- Credit card deposits: Players are strongly discouraged from using credit facilities to fund their gaming activity. 5rr accepts no responsibility for any financial obligations incurred by a player through credit-funded deposits.
7. Withdrawals
The following terms apply to all withdrawal requests submitted on the 5rr Platform:
- Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- KYC requirement: Withdrawal privileges are activated only after successful completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but may not withdraw until identity verification is complete.
- Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one to three business days under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
- Withdrawal method: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. 5rr reserves the right to require withdrawal via a specific method for compliance reasons.
- Withdrawal fees: 5rr does not charge platform-side fees on withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply its own charges.
- Withdrawal limits: Maximum single-transaction and daily withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to players in their Account dashboard. Players with VIP status may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits.
- Right to delay or decline: 5rr reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
8. Bonuses & Promotions
5rr offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions attached to individual promotions:
- Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (30x) before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements.
- Game contribution rates: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
- Time limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus funds and winnings derived from those bonus funds will be removed from the Account.
- Maximum bet rule: While bonus funds are active, a maximum bet of ৳500 per spin or round applies. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are present may result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
- Withdrawal cap: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings generated by bonus funds is capped at 10x the bonus amount received.
- Bonus abuse: 5rr actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus cancelled and may have their Account permanently suspended.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Players who have opted out of promotional communications or who are subject to account restrictions may not be eligible for certain offers. 5rr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at its discretion.
9. Game Rules
All games available on the 5rr Platform are operated by third-party certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The rules governing each individual game are determined by the respective provider and are accessible within the game interface.
General game rules applicable across all titles on the Platform include:
- All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical dealing processes. 5rr does not influence game outcomes.
- In the event of a technical failure mid-game (connection drop, server error, power interruption), the round in progress will be settled according to the game provider's stated disconnection policy. Where a round cannot be resolved, the wager placed for that round will be refunded to the player's Account.
- Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once the game round has commenced. Players are responsible for verifying the bet amount and game settings before confirming each wager.
- Winnings displayed in the game interface are subject to final verification by 5rr's systems. In the rare event of a system error resulting in an incorrect payout being displayed, 5rr reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the Account balance accordingly.
- The Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are maintained by the respective game providers and reflect theoretical long-term averages, not guaranteed individual session outcomes.
10. Sports Betting
The following terms apply specifically to sports betting markets available on the 5rr Platform, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports:
- Market availability: Sports markets are offered at the discretion of 5rr and may be suspended, removed, or voided at any time, including after a bet has been placed, where there is a legitimate operational or integrity reason to do so.
- Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 5rr's sportsbook engine. A bet is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation of acceptance within the Platform interface. 5rr reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason.
- Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up until the moment of bet acceptance. If the odds available at acceptance differ from those displayed when you initiated the bet, you will be notified and given the opportunity to accept or decline the revised odds.
- In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to a brief delay for verification purposes. 5rr reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the relevant event or outcome has already occurred but before the Platform has updated to reflect this.
- Event cancellation and postponement: If a sporting event is cancelled before commencement, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed, bets will remain valid for a period of 48 hours. If the event does not recommence within this period, bets will be voided.
- Maximum payout: A maximum single-bet payout limit applies to all sports markets. The applicable limit is displayed in the bet slip at the time of wagering. 5rr reserves the right to limit winnings to this cap regardless of the odds and stake applied.
11. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5rr Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or documentation.
- Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an error are not valid and will be reversed.
- Collusion with other players, including pre-arrangement of outcomes in poker or other competitive games.
- Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering activity. 5rr is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
- Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith following legitimate gaming activity.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 5rr support staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
12. Account Suspension and Closure
5rr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which this action may be taken include, but are not limited to:
- Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after being requested to do so.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering.
- A request by the Account holder to self-exclude or close the Account voluntarily.
- Account inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee of ৳50, deducted from the remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account.
Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed Terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where closure is for other reasons, eligible balances will be returned to the player via the original payment method following completion of applicable verification checks.
13. Responsible Gaming
5rr is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide every registered player with access to the following tools directly within the account settings panel:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits to manage your spending.
- Session time reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
- Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
- Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are not reversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

14. Intellectual Property
All content on the 5rr Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and audio-visual content — is the intellectual property of 5rr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 5rr. The brand name and logo "5rr" are proprietary identifiers of the Platform operator and may not be used without authorisation.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5rr shall not be liable to you or any third party for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned.
- Any loss resulting from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.
- Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your own failure to maintain credential security.
- Any technical errors, system failures, or third-party service disruptions affecting game outcomes or transaction processing, provided that 5rr takes reasonable steps to resolve such issues promptly.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. Amendments to These Terms
5rr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or an in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Minor clarifications or corrections may be implemented without advance notice.
The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at 5rr.lol/terms-conditions. The date displayed in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform or interpretation of these Terms, the following process applies:
- Step 1 — Internal complaint: Contact 5rr's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five business days.
- Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to a senior member of the 5rr compliance team. Escalated complaints will be reviewed within ten business days.
- Step 3 — Final decision: 5rr's written final decision on any dispute constitutes the binding resolution for the purposes of the Platform's internal process.
These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be waived or overridden by contractual agreement.
